One Bishopsgate Plaza is a mixed use 43-storey tower in the heart of the City of London comprising 237 5* hotel guestroom/suites and 160 residences, together with conference and banqueting facilities, meetings and event spaces, a gym, spa and swimming pool.

EGL has provided GBE Ltd with a commissioning and water treatment package encompassing the base build and hotel works with a separate contract for commissioning and water treatment for the fit out of the residences services install by T Clarke & Co Ltd.
