Westfields, Stratford City
As part of one of the largest urban regeneration projects ever undertaken in the United Kingdom, Westfield Stratford City is located on the doorstep to the 2012 Olympic Park and three quarters of all are expected to walk directly through the centre on their way from the transport hubs to the Park. Stratford City comprise

• 240,000 sq ft of floor space in the flagship John Lewis store
• 1.1m sq ft of office space
• 1.9m sq ft of total retail and leisure space
• £1.45bn construction cost
The centre incorporates a designated district heating and cooling plant with 72.4MW heat capacity and 39MW cooling. Landlord’s piped distribution systems within the retail development provide all heating and cooling requirements together with provision of potable water services.
Euroflo Group Ltd undertook the chemical cleaning of the piped systems, sterilisation of the potable water distribution and commissioning of the landlord’s low temperature hot water heating and chilled water systems. In addition our company carried out a full commissioning brief incorporating water treatment, commissioning and preparation of operating and maintenance manuals for the John Lewis store.
