St Pancras Station/Renaissance Hotel

Renaissance Hotel, St Pancras Station, LondonSt Pancras railway station, is a central London railway terminus celebrated for its Victorian architecture. The complex was renovated and expanded at a cost of £800 million to incorporate a security-sealed terminal area constructed for Eurostar services to Continental Europe—via High Speed 1.

The restored station houses fifteen platforms, a shopping centre and a bus station, the station buildings have been refurbished to incorporate residential apartments, offices and the Renaissance Hotel.

Renaissance Hotel, is the refurbished and rechristened Midland Hotel dating to the original construction. This five star Marriott hotel incorporates 38 Victorian suites in the original building and 189 rooms in an extension to the rear.

Euroflo Group Ltd have carried out the water treatment and commissioning of all the engineering services within refurbished buildings, and preparation of site wide operating and maintenance manuals.
