Royal Wharf

Royal Wharf, London Royal Wharf Energy Centre, London
Royal Wharf is the largest newly constructed Docklands neighbourhood since Canary Wharf was built and the completed development houses a new community in 3,385 modern homes and businesses.

The energy needs on the 40 acre site are derived from a 1MWe CHP energy centre that drives a modern district heating network

Each residential unit is provided with LTHW heating from the central energy centre via individual interface units and self-contained systems.  The interface units also provide domestic hot water and boosted cold water is supplied from the centralised systems.

Euroflo Group Ltd have carried out the pre-commissioning flushing and chemical cleaning of the enclosed water systems, regulation and balancing of the mechanical engineering services and sterilisation of domestic services as separate contracts for works within Phases 1, 2A, 2B and separately the energy centre and district heating distribution network.
